Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated based on the delivery address, package weight, dimensions, and selected shipping method.
The applicable charges will be displayed at checkout before payment confirmation.

Estimated Delivery Time

• Standard Delivery: 4–7 working days

• Express Delivery: 3–4 working days

• Remote/Rest of India locations: 7–9 working days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, a tracking number will be shared via email or SMS. Customers can track their shipment through our website or the courier partner’s website.

Shipping Coverage

Currently, we ship only within India.
We do not deliver to PO Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses.

Delivery Delays

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control such as natural disasters, strikes, or transportation disruptions. PokuPop shall not be held liable for such delays.

Express Shipping

Express shipping refers to priority processing and faster dispatch. However, delivery within a fixed timeframe cannot be guaranteed.

Non-Refundable Charges

Shipping charges, COD fees, and express shipping fees are non-refundable.
