At PokuPop, customer satisfaction is important to us. This policy explains the process for order cancellations, returns, replacements, and refunds.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order or before dispatch, whichever occurs earlier.

  • Cancellation requests must be emailed to pokupopofficial@gmail.com  with your Order ID.

  • Eligible cancellations will receive a full refund to the original payment method.

Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped.


Return / Replacement Policy

Returns or replacements are accepted only if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.

Request Timeline

Customers must raise a request within 3 days of delivery by emailing:

Please include:

  • Order ID

  • Description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product

  • Unboxing video (mandatory)

Unboxing Video Requirement

To verify transit-related damages, customers must record a clear unboxing video showing:

  • the sealed package before opening

  • the opening process

  • the product and any visible damage

Requests without proper photo and video proof may not be eligible for return or replacement.

Conditions

  • Product must be unused and in original condition

  • Original packaging, box, tags, and labels must be intact

  • Items damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or normal wear will not be accepted

Replacement

  • Replacement will be provided for the same product, subject to availability

  • If unavailable, customers may choose a full refund or an alternative product of equal value


Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed after:

  1. The returned product is received

  2. Inspection and quality checks are completed

Processing Time

Refunds are initiated within 7 working days after approval.

Refund Method

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method. In exceptional cases, bank or UPI details may be requested. Customers must provide accurate payment information.


Non-Refundable Charges

The following are non-refundable:

  • Shipping charges

  • COD charges

  • Express shipping fees


Refused or Undelivered Orders

If delivery is refused or fails due to incorrect address or customer unavailability, a restocking fee of up to 20%, along with shipping charges, may be deducted from the refund amount.

PokuPop reserves the right to refuse any return, replacement, or refund request that does not comply with the terms stated above.
